چکیده مقاله
The coastal and marine environment is one of the particular importance in terms of food security, tourism potential, oil and gas reservoirs, sea transportation and economic, cultural and social status. The complexity of coastal decision-making and the tension between science and politics highlights the need for inclusive participation in coastal communities. Various projects can be defined to attract participation, but the first step to bring people together is education; the general public should be taught the values of the coastal and marine environment, the consequences of the destruction of the ecosystem and alternative jobs, so that by creating a sense of responsibility, they can be made responsibly and beneficiaries in the implementation of projects. As long as people do not know the environment and become aware of the dangers of ecosystem destruction, we can’t expect to reduce the slope and the effect of environmental destruction and achieve the goal of improving resilience. Today, attention to environmental education and attracting public participation is increasing day by day, and participation is recognized as a right of human rights. In this paper, the importance of people's participation from different perspectives and the need, for education to attract participation has been discussed.
